Delivery time will be between 10 and 25 business days. If there are customs delays and the order is held in Brazil, this time until release does not count as delivery time. We take care to choose suppliers who, in addition to offering price and quality, also expedite shipping times. After the stipulated time, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay. If the Post Office does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers. If there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will issue a FULL refund immediately after these verification steps. Your purchase tracking code will be emailed to you within 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed. If your order was placed using Boleto Bancário, it can take up to 5 business days for payment to clear.
